I cannot tell you about all online courses.

If you use the Oak Horizons link, you will ABSOLUTELY get the best training even though it is “online”. They are the only school I can recommend. Depending on where you live you can get some “class time” but my wife did hers 100% online.

The Wadkins started their business in July 2005 after receiving their business license and permit from the city. They had operated without any problems or complaints from the city or neighbors, so the couple didn’t anticipate any problem completing its renewal paperwork last summer.

Since starting their ordeal, the City Council rewrote some of the city regulations for one class of home-based businesses — computer maintenance and repair.

The bottom line now is that the Wadkins are being told that they need to add a handicapped-accessible bathroom. Until the bathroom was built, they wouldn’t be allowed to have customers come to PC Country.

That’s what annoys the Wadkins the most. What about other businesses in town that don’t provide public restrooms at all — Blockbuster, Mortex, Goodwill?, she said.

You can download their 2006 Resource Directory here for free.

Whether they go by the name “computer tots” or “gigglebytes” the people they recruit to work for them are paid $10 to $16 per hour so that means someone is making a good deal more.

Maybe you could be the one doing that as you sit at home and send out retired teachers to help the kiddies learn computers?

I’ve seen these programs offered in communities ranging in size from 12,000 to 2 million so why not yours?

Related businesses are singers/musicians who teach music to preschools and private schools.

Brainstorm a while and ask… “Is there a skill I have that a parent with enough concern and cash to send their child to preschool would pay me to teach their child?”

Mandarin Chinese?

What to do in a variety of emergencies?

Kitchen safety and nutrition?

How to make your own teddy bear (and save money over doing this at the mall?)

They get paid like an “agent” basically.

They broker ad deals for advertisers who want ads in particular markets and get a “middle man’s” cut.

I have no other information and ask you to do your own “due diligence” but I wanted to pass this along.

Here’s how to company describes what they’re trying to do…

Our goal at JUVAA is to build a group of people who are willing to loan out their vehicles and/or shirts to companies seeking ad space. In return for fair compensation from these companies, the person would agree to either wear the company’s t-shirts for a set number of days per week and/or place advertising on their vehicles for the company. The vehicle advertising would range from nothing more than the company’s website across the top of the front and back windows, to full-body, Nascar-style advertising, with compensation varying accordingly.

Before approaching potential advertisers, JUVAA must build a solid database of people willing to carry advertising. To sign up, you need to provide nothing more than your full name, the school you attend (if you are a college student), your city, a working e-mail address, and a working phone number.  It would also be helpful to know if there were any types of businesses (i.e. gambling) that you would not be interested in carrying advertising for. Obviously, no one under 21 would be asked to carry advertising for either gambling or alcohol.  It is the policy of Juvaa not to place advertisements for strip clubs and other similar businesses.

After the database is sufficiently large (around 1,000 subscribers), JUVAA will begin contacting businesses, both local and national, connecting you with advertisers willing to pay you to do nothing more than go about your daily routine, drive around in your car, and do nothing more than you would normally do in a day.

I was telling my wife about it and she let me know about a friend of hers who did something similiar…

She was already doing well in Mary Kay selling cosmetics and creating a downline, but she found another way to create regular customers for her beauty supplies.

She and her husband would arrange to take “glamour photos”.

Like Steve,they found that this made good money all by itself.

But because she’d spent years in Mary Kay and was a self-taught expert on skin care, make up, etc. she was simultaneously selling her product line and creating long term, repeat buy customers.

The photos identified prospects who wanted to be beautiful and made a handsome profit.

Most subsequently ordered product month after month to remain glamourous.

“Net Profit” advertising, upfront income and recurring income… now that’s a great business opportunity or rather, combination of business opportunities.

In the States, he’d worked for a photo company but decided he could earn more working for himself, so when he landed in Oz, that’s what he worked on. What most people don’t know is that the photographers working for these companies were trained how to take the photographs in a 1 – 3 week training course. No specialized training is required.
Now he tells other would be photo entrepreneurs how to have fun and make money doing “antique style” photographs.

The interesting thing is that most people with a digital camera and printer could be using it to make a heap of money with little overhead and great profit margins. They were doing pet photos, but Susha wanted something they could do at home instead of travelling around the countryside snapping pics of pampered pooches. It blossomed from being a sideline to their favorite business.
Most folks though think doing this is too hard and definitely don’t know how to market it… and Steve’s marketing ideas are the key.

P.S. If you wonder whether you can really make money doing this, here’s a Craigslist ad wanting to hire contractors to do something similiar. They offer $350 per day! Now, if they’re paying you that much and you’re supplying the camera and props… basically they’re only providing the appointment setting for you and expecting to make a great deal more. There’s nothing about driving from place to place in between, paying for your motels, meals, etc. But they’re hoping some hungry photographer will bite because they’re supplying the appointments. That’s what Steve’s course helps you master on your own! And please notice the “non compete” agreement required. You do all the work, log all the miles, and they want you to be their slave? Someone’s got to be kidding.
