I don’t think I’d use a clickbank link because this program appeals to internet marketers. If they like the product, they’ll just insert their own clickbank code and buy at a discount.

But if you have your own product or service or an affiliate link that can’t be easily “swiped” it may be a good part of your arsenal.

Hall is concerned with creating an inspiring work environment and got his staff involved in office design decisions when the company moved to their current location on Miller. This resulted in an airy, open office that uses a lot of skylights, glass and wood.

He also held off-site gatherings to gain information about what was important to his employees.

“People wanted flexible schedules, the option to work from home and their health care paid for,” Hall says. Now employees can set their own work schedules, to a certain degree, and about half of them work from home.
