SlideShare.net is a great place to get leads for your business, generate traffic, and stabilize your web presence in the age of the “Google Slap”.
It’s not that SlideShare is immune from problems, but IF (big if) people really use the site to put up GENUINE presentations full of content,etc. it is a very good place to find interesting content.
Since the most recent Google slap, I’ve seen people whose main website took a dive in the rankings from page one, but whose slideshare presentation is still, remarkably, sitting there on the very first page!

It’s definitely worth not only checking out but IMPLEMENTING… especially the part about the longer the presentation the better. I suggest using the same word count as a long article if possible, i.e. over 750 words
