Yesterday I linked to a very basic but useful Free Web Traffic Guide (yesterday’s post).
Today I want to mention a potentially “breakthrough” list building idea some of you more advanced internet marketers might be able to profit from: List Building Secrets Revealed.
When I say “more advanced” … I mean that you have a website of your own, an email list, and at least a mildly compelling offer that might make someone want to sign up for your email list.
Then hopefully you have a series of aut0response messages that will gather you some more sales and possibly even a regular email blast on a periodic basis with some valuable information.
In other words, you don’t have to be super marketer. But if you’re still at the “I don’t have a website phase” then you can’t use this… yet. (But you’ll want to use it soon!)
That report is also free by the way. There’s nothing to buy … just something for you to think about.
It will help you legally capture the email addresses on your favorite “guru’s” mailing list (and with their blessing) …
How does this work you ask?
What is one of the most powerful forces in the world?
Vanity.
Even people whom you consider “marketing gurus” like to be recognized and validated by the sincere appreciation of their fans.
So that means even the lowliest, brokest, ain’t got two dimes to rub together affiliate who writes something can get noticed by even the “biggest” guru (who really may not have two dimes to rub together either but at least they have a mailing list).
But another factor that goes into play and which is going to help you is “Credibility”.
Even someone with a huge list has lots of “no sales”… but permission to stay in touch. There’s just so much hype out there that everybody thinks everyone else is lying all the time.
One of the top internet marketing search terms happens to be “scam”.
Whatever the product, people go to Google, and type in the product’s name with the word “scam”.
They want to find out how this brand new “too good to be true” product is really designed by the lowest demon in the pit of hell itself to steal your money and deliver absolutely no benefits whatsoever while convincing your favorite pet Ladrador Retriever to run off and join the circus!
If little old YOU, though, comes across as a ”real person I can identify with because I’m broke too” but you really loved what this person had to say because it helped you start making money unlike all the other junk on the market, you’re more likely to help someone understand why this product is worth their investment.
That ”guru” would be crazy not to promote what you have to say to their list.
What if there’s something you don’t like about the product?
No problem, even if you say “now there’s something I don’t like about this” – that’s a good thing! Marketers have a name for that… the “damaging admission”. Even that, oddly enough, gives marketers credibility.
As I say, they’d be crazy NOT to promote you and your web page to their list.
What YOU (and me) the “nobody” writes is exactly the kind of honest appraisal that highly paid, whiz bang, lie to their mother while swearing on her grave, copywriters can’t produce for them.
So really what have you got to lose?
Whenever you review a product, put it on a page that lets you capture email addresses for future contact. Give it what only you can give it – an honest appraisal.
Then follow the ideas you get here at List Building Secrets Revealed.
You’ll get more information about why it works, see the technique in action, and learn how to make it work for you!
