Description

Work from home while providing the ultimate in customer service!  Our Discovery Service Team representatives are responsible for contacting our Discovery owners and providing them with concierge service during their ownership experience.  We provide the leads, while you manage the relationship.  Our team members are responsible for the following tasks:

  • Conducting Welcome Calls
  • Providing Product education
  • Reservation Assistance
  • Communication and Coordination with sales centers
  • Provide tracking programs and performance reports
  • Management of customer/owner database
  • Facilitate point-of-sale training and processing of DST arrivals
  • Implement comprehensive and structured contact process with Discovery Service Team clients
  • Generate direct sales via targeted leads and personal referrals

 You will also have the ability to make direct sales with targeted owners or leads provided by the Corporate Direct Sales team.  This position is 100% customer service related.  It also offers a base salary along with an incentive bonus for exceeding targeted sales goals.  If you are motivated to exceed targeted revenue goals, while providing the ultimate in service, this position may be the perfect career match for you.

 Qualifications

  •  Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Mainframe and CRS proficiency
  • Strong business/financial acumen
  • Ability to work independently while achieving targeted sales goals
  • Independent decision making
