The Brand Ambassador is responsible for representing a premier online retailer, Bluefly, by serving as a personal shopper and assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.

The Brand Ambassador will provide advice to customers on navigating within Bluefly’s site to find apparel or accessories, sizing and fit of particular designers, purchasing complementary items, product availability, sales or promotions, return policy information, as well as general fashion and/or customer service questions. The Brand Ambassador will use a variety of resources and information to assist customers in a prompt, professional, and concise manner.

We are currently seeking candidates to work Monday-Sunday either 8am-4pm ET or 4pm-1am ET. Part-time Brand Ambassadors will work 15-34 hours weekly. Weekend and holiday work is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

Handles customer requests on behalf of VIPdesk’s client, from home office via phone, email, and Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints.

Provides assistance to customers on site navigation, client policies, product information and all questions related to the client’s product and sales.

Meets client sales target by utilizing upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Represents client in a professional, courteous manner.

Uses client customer service program (CSC), email (LivePerson), and product management systems proficiently. For chat positions, use LivePerson chat program proficiently.
