Want To Tell Your Boss Goodbye? — Here’s How! Randy Elrod

November 18, 2010 by Chuck | 1 Comment

Randy Elrod did what many of us would like to do… at 47 he told his boss “Goodbye”. Here are 5 steps (I’ve abbreviated my summary) he took for himself along with a link to the full article.

1. Whenever he caught himself saying “Something ought to be done about…” , he asked if that was something he was passionate enough about to do profitably.

2.  He started evaluating the compeition… was someone supplying that need he was so passionate about? Research is as close as a Google search.

3. He learned to use tools like Facebook and Twitter to identify  a possible tribe and begin serving them. It is free after all. (And Facebook pages can get pretty good rankings if your keywords are well chosen.)

4.  If it’s a profitable market that includes a way for you to make enough money to support yourself, it’s time to focus, find your product, and set yourself free!

Read it all!

He also has a mentoring program to take you through these steps.
