Free Web Traffic

What does every online marketer want? Simple – free web traffic! In the evolution of online marketing to date, that has meant learning to satisfy one gigantic customer – Google. If your website pleases Google and fits in with their estimation of what a “relevant” website is for a particular keyword, they will (grudgingly it seems at times!) deliver free web traffic for your site.

Check the image below:  This is just one brief experiment in getting free web traffic.  Think a second – what would you have to pay Google in Adwords clicks to get 1,320 visitors? $650? $ 1,320? $ 2.640?

Or even if you’re just investing “sweat equity” as your free web traffic “generator”, how many hours and headaches will it cost you?

Using free techniques for getting these free web traffic visitors can take you weeks before a few stop by. Even then, the visitor count may be far fewer than expected!

And despite all your work, your place in Google is not guaranteed. EVER!

You may have the experience I recently had… I created a website, got it on the first page of Google, and was trying to do everything “right” – only to have the site completely disappear for days.

I wondered when – or IF – it would ever appear again.

It did reappear, however only a TENTH of the actual pages on the site are indexed now for whatever reason.

It’s back on the front page of Google for that term, but the farther down on the page.

And the results since it reappeared are – well – pathetic!

What if my entire living had depended on that site?

Or even worse – what if YOUR entire living depended on that site?

Ouch!

So in addition to every marketer’s dream of having free web traffic, anyone not wanting Google to have the power to shut your business down instantly is also looking for something else…

Free targeted web traffic that is independent of the search engines.

Is that possible – or even a good strategy?

Until a few months ago, I’d have said “No, that’s not really possible”.

And as long as you CAN get along with Google, Bing, and Yahoo, why “look a gift horse in the mouth”?  You don’t HAVE to turn down their free web traffic and you shouldn’t.

The interesting possibility that I’ve uncovered is that you just DON’T Have To Be A SLAVE To It Any More!

You see, thanks to the maturing of “social media”, there is now free web traffic software that enables you to reach out to thousands of prospective customers weekly and introduce them in a friendly way to information that might be of interest to them.

That information is on a website you control (i.e. a blog) and I suggest it’s an informative article with a viable reason for them to stay and make contact with you!

You will see free web traffic visitors increase if you learn how to use Social Media to send you free web traffic AND you send it to the pages that have the right combination of CONTENT, LEAD CAPTURE, and FOLLOW UP!

Here’s what your free web traffic visitor wants – to read more about what they’re interested in (article or blog post)!

Here’s what you need to do:

1. Provide your social media contacts (the link below talks about getting them) with the information that makes them want to give you their free web traffic.

2. Provide your free web traffic visitors with an incentive not to leave without signing up for ongoing contact from you.

Voila! Free Web Traffic independent of the search engines!

And you can contact them again, and again and again with more relevant, low pressure, on topic content!

Does that make sense?

It should.

But you’re probably thinking “that takes a LONG time”.

Not really.

It could happen literally over night!

One night after discovering this strategy, I really wanted to test it.

I used my free web traffic software to identify a highly energized market that loves a particular kind of information.

Then (totally unbeknownst to my online retailer friend) I conducted an experiment.

I sent this friend’s website 834 visitors in just a few hours.

When I checked back with this friend, they’d had a sudden surge of an extra $500 in sales that “mysteriously came in”.

I used an affiliate tracking system so I knew exactly where it came from!

I don’t know about you, but if I were in this man’s business, I’d love the ability to summon an extra $500 a day over and above any other revenues free web traffic brought in!

And I’d love the ability to be paid to develop my own customer list whom I could contact any time I wanted by email with specials, discounts, etc. to make even more money almost “on demand”.

Who wouldn’t, right?

If this were a fairy tale, here’s where I’d tell you my friend said “Quick! Tell me everything you know about this!”

Or I’d tell you he got out his checkbook and offered to pay me $1,500 on the spot for such vital, life changing information.

(If you think that you’ve been reading too many Internet Marketing sales letters!)

But this is real life.

Instead of learning how to start selling an extra $500 per day and how to leverage that to an extra $1,00o per day… he did what most people do – absolutely nothing!

You see, “everybody” tells you they want free web traffic – and if you sent them hundreds of free visitors and made them hundreds of dollars without any extra work on their part, they’ll definitely cash the check.

But when “push comes to shove”, most people will talk all day about getting free web traffic and then NEVER LIFT A FINGER (or click a mouse) to get more free web traffic visitors, even if the information is completely free.

If you are thinking right now “My goodness, that online retailer must be the most incredibly dense person I’ve ever heard of! I wouldn’t dare make that mistake! I’d love to see my free web traffic visitors increase like that!” here’s your opportunity to be different than “most people”.
