Yes, there is an amazing way to market on Twitter that can get you a 30+% click through ratio. Unfortunately it has nothing to do with the way that EVERYBODY tells you about doing twitter.
Listen, Twitter doesn’t even “work” that way for huge companies like FoxNews or CBSNews or other twitter accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers!
So what does work?
It has nothing to do with putting all your blog posts on Twitter.
It has nothing to do with following 10,000 and chatting them up and “building relationships” (sorry).
Here’s what you DO need to get started for when I tell you the secret next week.
You need to have a product or service that solves or addresses a common problem.
You need your own website, follow up mechanisms, and a free report or information product that addresses the problem and serves as the “top of your marketing funnel”.
It may be a landing page on your blog that’s monetized with Adsense.
It may be a landing page with article and “email capture” system for your autoresponders, etc.
It may be a combination of information and affilate link.
If you don’t have that… no “secret” is going to work. Sorry. This is how to use Twitter to do MARKETING. You have to have a marketing system in place already!
