If you can identify mass migrations you may be able to market services to these people by “meeting them at the front door” when they enter your county so to speak. Market through Realtors, your chamber of commerce, or other “portal” to your community and you could find a lucrative new market for your work at home or other small business.
Everybody leaving?
There could be services for house cleaning, repairs, distressed home sales (if houses aren’t selling for long stretches of time) or – in the worst case – you may need to take the hint and move too!
