It has recently come to our attention that booksellers have been receiving enquiries from a buyer using the ‘Ask a Bookseller a Question’ link to place potentially fraudulent orders. These enquiries have come from a number of email addresses from a buyer based in Indonesia. Please be assured that these buyer accounts are immediately invalidated by our Security and Trust department once discovered.
They are advising their sellers that such orders are fraudulent. Here’s the rest of their warning…
