I am consulting one company, and just saw the softwaresubmitterpro, I want to ask you the is there any way to limit the number of sumission like xx number of submission per/weeek.

Yes, the software works in Windows 7. You control where and how much you submit. How much is downloaded is a learning curve based on the keyword popularity of your software and number of searches.
I suspect this is a good way to maximize use these popular sites to “dominate” keyword niches too if they are small enough.
