“This Week In Search”

Want to keep track of the big weekly trends in Search? Then check out this link to the Google Blog called “This Week In Search”

If I want an automated list of hot topics by pure search term, I just press a button on Micro Niche Finder and – voila – a list appears. I especially like it’ s “Brainstorm” feature.

But when I want the “macro” approach, this is an excellent link. You see the “big picture” as Google looks at it.

It explains Google’s take on changes to their search functionality. Most recently, it discussed their new universal search term suggest feature that you’ve no doubt noticed.  It also explains how their “similar pages” feature works in search results.

Again, it’s not about searches at the micro level, i.e. raw numbers though it  might be. It’s about Google trends and news in search for a particular week.

Note: An affiliate link appears in the article above.
