These are two very effective tools if used right. I think you can sometimes over communicate so it becomes crucial that the content you send is a solid first and last impression. Great article on Email and Autoresponders that I think can never be over communicated. Thanks again.

I agree that email marketing can be a powerful tool. Of course we are no longer in the day and age of when “cold” unsolicited emails are effective people will delete them with a very low if at all will they click through.

But existing a past clients or prospects are great for email marketing. I herd a saying once that 80% of your business comes from 20% of your customers, Eblast campaigns to your client list is a great way to find out who the 20% is.
