Retiree Learns A Lesson

I noted recently that many older workers are worried about retirement. The truth is many in retirement are worried about keeping their incomes “up and running”.

Recently one retiree decided to take a chance after reading one of the articles here and see about earning money by creating Instant Video Wesbites using YouTube.

It wasn’t as easy as it seemed. But this person had perseverance.

Here’s what they wrote me:

As one gets older, this new media that we have to work with on the internet seems to get harder and harder. Maybe as a retiree, things just seem harder than they are. Point in fact, I wanted to make a few hundred dollars to help me with the rising costs that are affecting us all. As most, I did my due diligence and found what seemed to be a perfect fit for my needs. Mini video sites seem to be the rage and work well for one who needs a little boost in income each month. I found Abid’s Instant Video Sites and as described, it fit my requirements to a tee! When I downloaded it I discovered that even though it had all the features as presented on the website, it was not quite as easy to implement as I had thought. As luck would have it I found Chuck on the forum and with his wonderful support and guidance, I was able to figure it all out. Aren’t these places GREAT! Anyway all it took was patience and a little support and now I have two mini sites, www.endyourtinnitus.info and www.searchforvideo.info up and running. Will I make money from them? Who knows, but I learned many new things about PHP and Hosting procedures along the way. So life is still teaching me and at 60, I am still learning something new each day. I hope you will keep this lesson that I learned in mind next time life throws you a curve.

It took longer than expected to get these sites up… but now that they’re up and start getting indexed by the search engines – they have the potential to earn revenue monthly for quite some time.
