How To Presell

It can be hard to separate yourself from the crowd when trying to make a living by marketing affiliate products.

For some, the key may be pre-selling – the use of content to build trust, whet the reader’s appetite, and to set the stage for the sale of the affiliate product. And NOT joining the “spam my customers to death with the same lame offers everyone else is pushing.” (I hate that don’t you?)

Jonathan Leger is the author writing about the experiment. I like Jon’s material and tools. He really tends to give people good PRODUCTS and only rarely does “information products”. When he does one, they are like this … $7 instead of some hyped up price for a bunch of fluff.

The first step he outlines is simple enough – “Preselling is not selling anything at all!” It’s about building trust not slamming people with one sales letter after another.

He discusses how to use one shot presells for some items and how to use preselling as part of an overall campaign.

I’ve read the report and thought it was quite helpful! I think you will too!
