A lot of the mommy bloggers I've had the benefit of e-meeting have told me that they do get paid for some product mentions but every one of them has told me they give their honest opinion.

While that might not be what all companies would pay them for, it appears many of them (and me) still won't let money cloud the truth.

I also think it has a lot to do with the push that mom's online seem to have at the moment. There were those #motrinmoms on Twitter that got mad because motrin said a baby sling could give someone a backache. Companies want to tap that power the women seem to have. Where we'll be when that push for the mom opinion is gone, I don't know.

However, a little card dropping hasn't hurt anyone. I think that's something anyone could do to help spread the word about their website.
