I agree, you do not have to pay fees to find grants if you are willing to put in a little hard work. Just make sure you are filling out the applications for the grants correctly or you chance of getting funding will be greatly decreased.

With Obama coming into power I think that alot of the goverment grants will change, restrictions will get more strict and the number of grants will also greatly be reduced. Pushing the most benefit for the least amount of money.
