Though Twitter itself doesn’t have a plan to make money, it doesn’t mean microblogging can’t haul in the cash for other businesses. Dell raked in $1 million in revenue from their twitter site.

But to get the full picture of Dell on Twitter, you have to see their multiple channels and how they integrate twitter with their overall business model.

I did not realize anybody could use twitter as a source of income. Wish I had thought of it. I am not sure I quite understand all the details, but I get the main idea.
