PropertyRoom.com is a website where police agencies sell stolen items that have remained in their “stolen and found” warehouse for 90 days and which are not being held as evidence in a criminal proceeding.
Some of it is pure trash… computers with the software stripped, hardware missing etc. So let the buyer beware.
It’s completely legal. I guess, ethically, the police departments hocking whatever they can get their hands on from “fences” feel that the victims had 90 days to claim their stolen goods.
So if you can live with that, you might find some good bargains here.
