Thats some great advice. It’s true that many people never really master a tool. I think the wide variety of tools out there now makes it harder then ever to pick something to master. However if you want to add real value for your customers taking the time to figure a couple tools out could be worth a lot.

A recession is the time for small businesses to jump on customers that big companies lost. They just have to know how to find them.
