When Will It Be Legal To Work From Home In Interlaken NJ?

As seen at the Asbury Park Press: Interlaken code revision would allow home offices

Evidently the local Gestapo was so hot and heavy after one online marketer (the Mayor’s Wife – couldn’t be politically motivated could it?) that they just picked up and moved the business rather than be harassed any longer:

The code amendments are a result of a resident complaint against Mayor Robert Wolf’s wife, Hana, who had been using their home to operate an online-retailing business. She moved the business to a neighboring town after borough zoning officer, Vito Marinaccio, ruled that the operation was in violation of the code.

Marinaccio said this is the first case of a resident operating a home business brought to his attention in his seven years serving in the borough.
