From the news, you’d think NOTHING happened in Louisiana this weekend. Just because New Orleans didn’t get destroyed and FEMA couldn’t be blamed for something and the US Army Corps of Engineers emergency response went flawlessly people are basically being lead to believe that little of consequence happened.

Here’s a report I just received that’s more grave. Our thoughts and prayers go out to these people.

__________ says, “Power is out throughout the area. Worse damage in history in the Baton Rouge area. Cell phone service is spotty.” Minor damage to his home and to his church. Federal disaster declared even before the storm arrived.”
I spoke to him this morning and he said 750,000 people are without power. Some of his church members are staying in the church because windows were blown out of thier houses and trees fell….
