I saw this at Wired.
It’s sort of like how scientists study bee hives and ant colonies, but with people.
The jist seems to be that online, tapping your weak links is most productive… you can get a job lead from someone you barely know for instance.
Offline, it’s “hi touch and hi contact” that makes things “happen”.
And in business, the one who’s supposed to make things happen - the manager - usually isn’t.
Interesting article.
Identify that type of person for face to face work and recruit them into your MLM and it might work REALLY WELL.
Is this why it’s easy to recruit weak linked people online for some programs but they never translate to revenue… not enough contact and trust?
