Saturday, the Senate approved a bail out for stockholders who got rich from the subprime mortgage industry. Nobody is bailing out the tax payers who have to pay for this silk stocking welfare. It remains to be seen if any actual homeowners will be helped, but we know every taxpayer is getting hosed to bail out the Wall Street Boys (and Girls) who made a killing while the subprime profits where rolling in. This kind of bail out just encourages them to go on another rampage later if they have to face no consequences now.

Craigslist works man. Plain and simple. I was ready to meet a guy the other day and finalise purchase on a sail boat. Three days before I goodle the exact boat, looking for a rigging diagram and saw a craiglist add for the exact same boat. Length, model, year… everthing. I saved over 5 thousand dollars and the boat was two hours closer/
