5 Cans Of Sugary Drinks Daily May Increase Alzheimer’s Risk

Here’s something about how sugary drinks may lead to Alzheimer’s.

(I think of fizzy soft drinks when reading this, but if your addiction is sweet tea, it’s just as bad and may encourage kidney stones!)

When you’re working from home do you find yourself guzzling lots of sugared soft drinks?

My problem’s not the sugar, it’s the caffeine.

This isn’t good news though… it’s part of the growing body of evidence that Alzheimer’s is linked to diet, obesity, diabetes, and inflammation.

A word to the work at home wise – stop sucking down those sugary drinks. It’s not just the fat. It’s what the fat does!

This was why I drink Rooibos without sugar sometimes.
