Update: After reading this, I’m sick of “entrepreneurs” who want to raid the public till to finance their plans. For me the “Pickens Plan” is quickly becoming about “Picking Your Pocket”. 
I have to admit, I was wrong about biofuels. I thought they were viable, but I’m no longer sold.
I don’t have all the answers - but at least I keep looking.

Personally I don’t think it talks enough about coal gasification as a possible option… and I think we need to explore every option.
But at least this IS a plan.
