I’ve told you before I live in the boonies. We’re trying to get high speed internet.
Right now the lack of that is making posting very difficult.
I’ll update you with some pictures as the plan unfolds.
I don’t know the name for this technology.
All I know is…
1) No “big name” DSL provider here. We’re just past their limit.
2) Verizon says “trust me, we think you’ll get a signal there probably”. (Yeah right!)
3) There no cable TV access therefore no cable internet.
4) This is wireless. They’re building a tower near our area after we did a survey of sorts to see if they’d have enough customers here to justify that tower… I guess you could say we bartered free marketing for some attention.
