But here are the ones I like best. For instance, I can’t get into the keyboard shortcuts at the moment.  Do I really want to remember all that extra stuff? It’s like learning a foreign language, and if I’ve got to learn one, I’d prefer one spoken by people as opposed to my computer  keyboard.

The thing that has saved me the most time is using the right phrases to help search, i.e. query terms .

You’ll notice that, in the end, most of these tips end up relating to how you search for data.

One tip that’s not mentioned – my 11th tip – is using the label function to keep important things handy. This can get cumbersome, so you have to eliminate old labels that are no longer useful.
