TNHousingSearch.org is a statewide database of rental units available across the state of TN. It was created by the Tennessee Housing Development Agency because, well, I guess they never heard of Craigslist. It’s free for landlords to list rental properties. So if you have rental properties and want some free advertising at taxpayer expense, here’s where to get it. There might be one for your state too.
Letters have been sent to thousands of management companies found through Internet searching, the executive directors of all of Tennessee’s public housing authorities and to developers with the Low Income Housing Tax Credit and MultiFamily Bond Authority programs, according to an agency news release.
