How site owners are going to police whether the name used to register on a site is completely crazy, but this is a good way to shut down every forum based in every jurisdiction that has such an un-manageable law.
In the internet age, state laws can’t controle foreign based websites and anyone can post anything they want about someone in Ky there making this law completely impractical!
Not to mention an indication of how out of touch this legislator is with reality.
