Now that you’re working at home, what do you do if a client needs to meet with you face to face? Here’s a helpful post on the Virtual Assistant’s blog.
They state several options themselves which you can read, but here’s what we’ve done.
Basically we’ve arranged space at an office “in town” that’s open anyway.
It’s usually a friend or acquaintance who doesn’t care whether we use a desk or conference room to meet with customers. Usually this is in a somewhat related business so there’s the possibility of referring a new client to them or they referring business to us.
The possibility of new business is a good way to keep use of the space “free”.

You can always check out the local library. Most of them have space available for use. It is quiet and professional. If you happen to live in a place where there are not great libraries, then try Starbucks. It has become a place where alot of meetings take place over a cup of Joe.
