Home Agents still answer or make telephone calls to customers, however the BIG difference is that you no longer have to battle with traffic or pay travel costs because you will be working from home! With flexible hours and part time assignments Home Agents get to fit work around their lives and not the other way around.

The latest secure technology and the power of broadband enables Home Agents to answer and make calls from home.

Look at this check list to see if you could make the home set-up* requirements:

1. Room for a desk/workstation.
2. Reliably quiet and uninterrupted workspace.
3. No extraneous noises (for example barking dogs, children, music etc).
4. Access to your home for set-up.

The rest is provided for you:

1. A workstation and computer which are connected to the call centre system only.
2. Headset and IP telephone (for system use only).
3. You will receive training sufficient to undertake your assignment. This may be online, over the phone or at a client or local site.
4. Support of your team and supervisor via online chat rooms and telephone support.

We are looking for high quality candidates that will commit to long term home working assignments.

    I have been working from home with a company called Arise UK. I am taking calls for Littlewoods and am able to pick my own hours around my schedule. It has worked out so well for me!
