Ergonomics was for wimps I thought until today.
Then I found out why my neck was hurting so much!
Evidently my computer screen is positioned too low. If I can raise the height of the screen so that I’m not tilting my head downwards most of the time, my neck will be alot better.
My chiropractor let me in on this.
If I’d gone to an M.D. I doubt I’d have heard about this until after rounds of muscle relaxers, etc.
But the chiropractor had special cabinets built in his office so that when he stands he doesn’t have to tilt his head down to work on the computer.
I’ve got several screens I use frequently… got to prop them all up!
