Telecommuting may boost morale, and cut stress, but it can have the opposite effect on those left behind in the office, according to a new study.
The more I think about it… what do these telcommuters do?
If they are dealing with the public at all, I don’t see how they can telecommute much. But telecommuting SOME would allow them to catch up on the paperwork mountain that constant visitors without appointments can create.
The ones who can’t escape by telecommuting probably have more stuff “dumped” on them because they’re “there” to dump on.
