		<description>Is this on a virtual, or brick and mortar level. I think that it would take a heck of a lot of coin to setup this type of operation offline, because I indeed know people who have tried. One was even an I.T. specialist. 

However, I really think it all depends on the area, (Geograghical location) and the amount of relative competition. 

Computer  troubleshooting was always an obvious bandwagon to jump on for almost anyone with computer talent wanting to start their own home business. And it is never without the realm of possibility.
