This is a press release: Entrepreneur Magazine Ranks Computer Troubleshooters Top Computer Services Franchise

Please do your own due diligence. This isn’t a recommendation or endorsement (paid or otherwise). It’s simply to alert people seeking a home based franchise of a possible opportunity. You’ll have to make that decision on your own.

Entrepreneur recently released its 29th annual list of the 500 hottest franchises. Computer Troubleshooters placed 251st overall, higher than anyother computer repair, support, sales and technology consulting
organization. More than 800 franchises requested inclusion in the magazine’s 29th Annual Franchise 500 list.

Computer Troubleshooters, founded in 1997, solves a full range of computer and technology challenges for small businesses – typically clients with one to 50 computer systems – and home users. Services range from
onsite and remote support services on demand to monthly monitoring and service plans, virus and spyware remediation and protection, Web development and more. Computer Troubleshooters also offers the world’s only “No-Downtime-Guarantee” for customers on their BEST service plan.

Is this on a virtual, or brick and mortar level. I think that it would take a heck of a lot of coin to setup this type of operation offline, because I indeed know people who have tried. One was even an I.T. specialist.

However, I really think it all depends on the area, (Geograghical location) and the amount of relative competition.

Computer troubleshooting was always an obvious bandwagon to jump on for almost anyone with computer talent wanting to start their own home business. And it is never without the realm of possibility.
