		<description>I have a lock on the door to my home office. I used to use it quite a bit, but now less frequently. Sometimes you have to forego the subtle tactics in order to make your point. 

My work comes first, next to my families needs, but freinds and fun will have to work around my schedule. Internet Marketing is fun anyway, so I am really not missing out on anything.

		<description>Great advice. Not sure about the egg timer though. If it is work it has to have a start time, breaks and an end time otherwise days vanish while you are in front of this time eater.  Then again the more opportunities you have on auto pilot the better but these can be few and far between. I think I found a good one though.</description>
