I may be way out to sea here, but I’d like to share with you that…if you have a river of income, it’s NOT a GOOD THING!
Rivers dry up!
My advice is that in order to keep that river of income flowing into your wallet, that you create many STREAMS of income. In the mortgage biz, it means that you have at least 3 different strategies to bring in the business and close deals because if one of the streams dries up, you still have water flowing from the other streams (Think Mighty Mississippi).
