I own a home and don&#039;t have an adjustable but a point worth noting : If you buy a home for aroun 300,000 dollars on a twenty year note it likely will cost around 1.1 million dollars. They usually don&#039;t tell you this though. With people thinking that home ownership is an &quot;investment&quot; and a good one at that there should be a law that standardises disclosure.</description>
