This was submitted allegedly by an anonymous “Guest House Owner”. Presumably they have to pay fees and be registered. Now they’re mad because of all the “illegal” home businesses cropping up in their neighborhood.
I understand their concern in some ways. They shouldn’t have to pay when others don’t – at least, that is, if we’re talking “apples” to “apples” as we say.
But if most of these home businesses are simply “home based occupations” increased access to broadband will change the whole business landscape.
