Matter fact I bought 3 products from this scam and none of them work.. It seems by doing a google search I am not the only one that has been ripped off.. I purchased 3 products from this scam company. SocialBot, RSSBot, DirectoryBot and all 3 do not work at all, my registration key was removed from the main system because I posted on a forum about the poor support after my email was ignored for over a month. I purchased all 3 softwares in Dec 2008 and to date I have not got one single reply from support, they claim to have the best support around but fact is they have the worst. Lord forbid you say anything because thats when they remove your registration key from the system so your software does not work at all. The software sucked to begin with as it had many issues, like the help button itself not even working..
