I was talking with a laid off factory worker a few years ago, and what he wanted more than anything else was to get into doing real estate appraisals. But how? I didn’t know a resource either that showed schools nationwide. I wish I’d had this link then. I just became aware of it today. For instance, you click on the state, and it points you to schools that train people to take that particular state’s licensing exam for real estate sales, home appraisal, home inspection, etc. Here’s what the Texas state real estate school link looks like (see image)
