I have found the perfect business deal… the mortgage and investment business.
First you sell mortgages to everybody regardless of income or credit score.
Get rich the first time.
Next you identify the mortgages that are likely to go bad on you.
You go to your buddies on Wall Street and package them as “mortgage backed securities” and sell them like you do AAA bonds.
They get rich the second time.
When it all unravels and home foreclosures start to soar, you blame the credit repair industry instead of admitting any responsibility.
Then you call for the “government” to help the “homeowner”.
Keep all your money!
Taxpayers bail out the system!
What a DEAL!
