Email is crucial to business these days for many reasons. Most corporations use it in lieu of paper correspondence and it carries more weight than paper communications. Paper communications are likely sent by email and expected to be printed out! In one organization I’m familiar with the printed and signed documents are scanned and also retained in emails as back up documentation. But as far as I know they have no Outlook backup in place. This product is automatic, secure (the zip file is password protected) and EVERYTHING is backed up.
In the age when corporate and government laptops are regularly being snatched. This offers an extra layer of security that companies with lots to lose should want to investigate.
If you’re using Outlook for your email, it might pay to visit http://www.BackupEmail.com and try out their free trial offer. At the very least you might want to check out the free utilities and productivity downloads they offer!
