Here’s an interesting Squidoo lens used to market a local business - a dental practice.
It has a lot of unique content - many modules containing an “ebook” of sorts.
It has a strong “About” page for the lensmaster as well.
There’s no home page that this links to where people can learn more about the dentist - a weakness in my opinion. But they can always call or email through the Squidoo contact form.
It does have lots of nice photos embedded in the text to keep it interesting.
All in all it’s an admirable start on marketing a local dental practice online… there may be other tools he uses too and I’ve only seen this one. He may even make a few bucks from the Adsense clicks too depending on the traffic.
