I think writing articles to make money is a great idea.
But I see lots of people suggesting you write articles and insert affiliate links in the article or resource box.
As I hang around this business longer I think that’s insane.
You at least need to buy a domain name and “cloak” an affiliate link. Even if it’s the best program in the world today, there’s no guarantee it will be around tomorrow. If you promote a domain name you own, you are always free to put a new landing link there and at least keep the articles working for you as time goes on and affiliate programs die or change their terms.

I agree with your article here. It is best to put your main website in the bio box and also have a optin form there so people can visit your site and sign up for your newsletter. If you have a domain name/website, you can always put affiliate links on the site too.
