Becky McCray pointed me to this one from the Bad Banana Blog.
Here are the lessons the author learned but you need to read the whole thing at the Bad Banana Blog
Realize that the status quo is not safe.
Understand that failure is not the end of the world.
Don’t just take a risk. Take a calculated risk.
Embrace discomfort.
Share the load with people you trust.
Don’t look back.Understand that starting a business is quite simple.
Trust me, though. If we can do it, so can you.

If you think you can do it then do it, you just have to trust your instinct.
Its better to take the risk and finding the result rather than spending your whole life thinking of what might could have been.
