Bill Plat runs an excellent article distribution service at ThePhantomWriters.com I’ve used it myself in the past and will be using it again soon for a project I’ve taken on.
He makes a very good point, the thing I failed to do in my last project (some programming glitches I made ultimately deep sixed that one by the way!) was to forget the basics. Things were working well whenever I ran an article distribution. I realize now I just didn’t do it frequently enough.
With people paying out bazillions for pay per click ads, doing an article distribution weekly is a lot cheaper if you’re a writer anyway. $20 per article distributed and distributing 10 per month (to get the $20 rate) is much cheaper than most pay per click budgets.
When you buy the $20 per 10 distributions package, you can submit the articles whenever you want. You don’t have to submit 10 per month. He suggests 1 or 2 per week consistently over a long period of time. It’s a waste to do more if you’re trying to get into ezines because most don’t publish more than weekly.
That’s IF you can write that many new articles per month and that’s IF your product or service combo and website convert customers who come through the articles. The links back don’t hurt either.
