Remember that to the Federal Government, small businesses are anything up to 500 employees! For most of us that’s a “large” business!
But they still do try to do contracting with small business. That’s why big business tries to masquerade as small business to get these contracts by buying “small” subsidiaries.
So there’s a plan, get a contract, grow big enough and profitable enough to catch the eye of a big business – then they can buy you up and you can retire to an Island somewhere! Easier said than done, I know.
